Company Profile
Pat Hambrick Construction has been building upscale and luxury houses in the greater Waco area for 20 years. Besides lots available in the Villages at Twin Rivers, Hambrick has building sites in a number of other subdivisions in the Waco area. Most of Hambick's work is custom work built either on the owner's lot or on one of the lots which the company keeps in inventory.
At this time Pat Hambrick Construction is building custom houses on Club Estates Court (the Old Fish Pond Club) near Ridgewood Country Club, Baylor Camp Road, Estes Ranch Road, Ridge Point, Vistas Grande Circle, and Oak Road near Hidden Valley. The houses are in various stages of completion, but could be viewed by appointment.
Though sometimes clients bring Pat Hambrick Construction a set of completed plans to bid, Hambrick enjoys helping his customers plan their homes from the initial workings drawings. There are several architects and designers with whom the company has a good working relationship.
Pat Hambrick is currently serving as President of the Heart of Texas Builders Association for the second time. He is on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Builders and is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders. Hambrick is an active member of the Waco Chamber of Commerce, the Baylor Bear Foundation, and the First Baptist Church of Waco.
Please call for an appointment to discuss the planning and building of your dream home.
